The entire team at NCS Fluid Handling Systems is pleased and excited to have Candace Masters join the team at NCS Fluid Handling Systems. Candace brings a fresh look to safety at NCS Fluid Handling Systems with her engaging and educational approach of coaching and mentoring all of us in the field, shops or offices. With the expanded product lines, expanded geographic area of operations and increasing number of team members joining the family at NCS, Candace works with a communication style that increases the level of awareness at all levels.
Candice brings her extensive 15 years in safety, coupled with a strong operations background. Her vast knowledge spans several industries, including wastewater management, industrial construction, demolition and pipeline. She completed her NCSO and went on to further complete her OHS Certificate in 2015. Her ongoing education and professional development are her top priority.
Candice is passionate about helping people see the importance of safety and getting everyone home safe every day. Candice believes the relationship between safety and operations is of high importance and that working together is the only way to bring around effective improvements in the safety culture. She believes people need to see genuine involvement from leadership to develop a sense of trust and comfort with the program.
With NCS Fluid Handling Systems opening new shop locations across Canada Candace is spearheading the safety awareness and operational competence training centers on-site. Whether a team-mate is new or has been in the industry for years they will be getting training on well-point dewatering jetting and well-point dewatering auger rig training, water pumping on-hand operational training and hose deployment of long distance water transfer systems. There is much more to the water pumping systems development training and NCS has made training a priority to ensure of team is trained, safe and sees a career path forward with NCS Fluid Handling Systems Inc. and NCS Environmental Solutions Ltd.
