As our President / CEO, Owen provides support and team structure to our dynamic team of Executive management, Administrative managers and field technicians. Owen ensures that the team lives our core values and that a professional respectful workplace is the foundation the team at NCS Fluid Handling Systems lives. He has lead the business over the years to raise the level of service and customer satisfaction in all areas of our core services, Hydro-Testing, Well-point dewatering and Sewer Bypass and has lead to team to diversity including water treatment, sediment control and creek and river bypasses. Growing the right team is the NCS Key to success and standing by that value is an area Owen has valued as key to success.
Owen has worked in Western Canada for over 35 years in manufacturing and industrial services markets mainly in the oil and gas sector. Owen has focused to provide both external and internal customers with key strategic planning, solution minded feedback, exceptional customer service and innovative ideas. Having worked in all aspects of business throughout his career he now strives to support and mentor the NCS team with the knowledge he has gained to allow them to grow and meet their specific career goals. Owen’s mentorship supports the NCS team in achieving our goals of superior customer service and professional business relationships. Owen’s career has had a wide variety of experience, which includes everything from technical training, to hands on trade experience, through to executive level management and education. Owen firmly believes and has the utmost confidence that the management at NCS has compiled the right strategy with the right team and that this team will continue to add top talent to meet their goals and the needs of industry diversity for the future.
