NCS Fluid Systems Hydro-Testing

First load of 10" aluminum pipe is on its way from the US and more to be loaded to ship direct to multiple NCS Fluid Handling Systems projects across Canada. This load of pipe will be used to support the first Hydro Test of an API 650 tank performed by NCS technicians. Hydro testing tanks is a core business of NCS Fluid Handling Systems and once this first test is performed NCS crews will move to Regina Saskatchewan to perform the first API 653 storage tank recertification hydro test.

Having a Professional Engineer with on staff now has allowed NCS Fluid Handling Systems to expand its professional services product offering and support such projects as River Diversion / River Bypass projects with specialized pump configurations & diversion controls to the varying conditions & seasonality of river and creek water management projects. NCS Fluid Handling Systems has had success in both pipeline crossing maintenance projects & new Pipeline construction projects.

We have also found that in emergency situations such as unpredictable emergency flooding situations working closely with our supply partners has supported timely & responsive deployment of both pumps, diversion systems and dam equipment saving thousands of dollars in flood water damages to homes and land.

NCS fluid Handling Systems Technicians are deployed at a moment notice to some of the remotest areas of Canada from the East coast, central Canada and the West Coast including the North Western United States. Having the ability to technicians and project managers on the ground quickly means at times crews will mobilize but with ground transportation delivering equipment and supplies and project lead crew members of Project Management and highly skilled Technicians to arrive early to access situations and provide early reconnaissance to Project management teams in our offices in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.  working closely with key supply partners our Project Management Team and supply chain team can assemble equipment and have in on the road immediately.
