Client called at 3:30 on a Friday with a critical situation where a transfer pump had failed and the pump needed to be repaired and back in service the following Monday morning back in Fort McMurray Alberta.
With the NCS Fluid Handling System shops being open 7 days a week and having a key supplier relationships and ample pump parts in stock the client was assured that the NCS Fluid Handling Systems team could support their pumping repair needs. The pump was dropped off at 5:30 PM Friday night and as of Sunday at noon the pump is in quality control for testing. Ready to ship Monday morning at 7:00 AM back to site and keep Alberta's economy working.
